摘要
用合成方法研制了聚丙烯酰胺阳离子型聚合物系列(BM系列),将其用作油田污水净化浮选剂.应用表明,BM系列浮选剂对油田污水有良好的净化作用.用浮选剂BM-e-2对胜利油田辛一站污水进行脱油、脱悬浮物试验。当加剂量为5mg/L时,脱油率为97％,脱悬浮物率为62％.用BM-c-l浮选剂对辽河油田欢三联污水进行处理.当加剂量为10mg/L时,脱油率达99％.经上述两种浮选剂净化处理后的水质,均符合油田回注用水标准.
Cationic polymers of polyacrylamides (BM Series) were prepared and used as flotation agents for oilfield waste water treatment. The results showed that BM-e-2 was satisfactory for removel of oil and suspened solids in oil-containing waste water. By the use of 5 mg/L flotation agent, the contents of oil and suspended solids in the treated waste water were reduced to less than 10 mg/L. The removal rates of oil and suspended solids were more than 97% and 62% respectively. The application of BM-c-l in Liaohe Oilfield showed that the removal of oil was 99% by the use of 10 mg/L,BM-c-l.
