摘要
目的 :利用线性结构方程模型 (LISREL)深入探索心理卫生与学习成绩之间的关系。方法 :采用标准量表对 470名医学生相应的心理状态进行评定 ,并利用LISREL探讨这些因素与学习成绩关系的模型。结果 :大多研究因素与学习成绩紧密相关 ,其中学习勤奋程度、性别、个性的内外倾向性对成绩影响较大。LISREL拟和效果良好 ,拟合优度指数 (GFI)、调整拟合优度指数 (AGFI)均大于 0 90。结论 :心理健康与成绩的关系较为复杂 ,性别和内外倾向性对学习具有双向作用。
Objective: To deeply explore the relationship between mental health and academic performance in medical students by employing linear structure relations(LISREL).Methods:470 medical students were investigated with the standard questionnaires to assess the status of their mental health and LISREL was employed to explore the relation between mental health and academic performance.Results:Most interested mental factors and demographic factors were closely related to academic achievement, and of them diligence, sex, and extroversion were more useful to predict academic performance (P<0.05) and the LISREL model fitted the data fairly well. GFI and AGFI were both greater than 0.90.Conclusion:The relation between mental factors and academic performance is complicate, as the sex and extroversion have both positive and negative effects on academic performance.
