摘要
通过削减SO_2排放量,并不能有效控制酸雨的事实。论证了酸雨的成因主要取决于环境中可溶性酸,碱离子的平衡态,而不取决于SO_2的绝对浓度;提出了在大气对流层中,存在着一个形成酸雨的酸性层,酸雨将随火气环流轨道传播全球的观点;在分析研究杭州酸雨分布与成因的基础上,提出通过按比例削减和控制酸、碱污染物的排放量,并局部调整排放高度,以促进大气环境离子的酸碱平衡,从而控制杭州酸雨的对策。
This paper discussed a fact that acid rain cannot be controlled effectively by reducing emissions of So_2. It proved that formation of acid rain chiefly depends on the balance state of soluble acid ion and alkaline ion in the environment, but not on actualconcentration of So_2. It indicated that there is an acid layer in the troposphere, acid rain may form there and transmit over the globe through atmospheric circulation. On the base of study of distribution and formation of acid rain in Hangzhou, it put forward a method of controlling acid rain in Hangzhou by reducing and controlling emissions of acid and alkaline pollutants in right proportion, and regulating emission height of acid and alkaline pollutants to promote balance of acid and alkaline ion in the atmospheric environment:
