幽门螺旋菌的系统聚类分析

摘要 文章采用欧氏距离,用七种系统聚类分析算法分析了35侏细菌细胞脂肪酸气相色谱图。结果表明可变类平均法、离差平方和法、可变法、类平均法和最长距离法的分类结果与常规分类结果符合程度高。最短距离法对样品间的微小差异不敏感,其分类效果不及以上五种算法:中间距离法不具单调性。聚类分析树状谱的分类结果为12株幽门螺旋菌实验菌株自成一群,12株空肠弯由菌和4株结肠弯曲菌实验菌株聚在另一群,7株其他肠道杆菌聚为第三群。因此,从细菌化学分类学的角度来看,幽门螺旋菌不宜归属于弯曲菌属。 Seven methods of hierarchical clustering analysis based on Eulcidean distance were used to analyse the bacterial fatty acid profiles of 35 strains of bacterie. Among them were 12 strains of Helicobacter pylori (HP), 12 strains of Campylobacter jejuni (CJ) and 4 strains of Campylobacter coli (CC) which are reference strains of HP, and 7 other strains of Enterobacillus co-existing with HP. The results showed that the changeable average-linkage method, the sum of squared deviation method, changeable method, average-linkage method and furthest-neighbour method were well in correspondence with the conventional classification method. While the nearest-neighbour method was not sensitive to the slight difference between samples. Its faxonomical effect was worse than any of the above 5 methods. Median method hadn't monotonicity and inversion happened in its dendrogram, which made it difficult to explain the results. The dendrograms of the clustering analysis showed that all strains of HP belong to a single group; All strains of CJ/CC were grouped into a single cluster; while 7 other strains of Enterobacillus were in the third group. Therefore, HP could not be placed in Campylobacter species according to chemotaxonomy.
