摘要
为了揭示 IBDV-MA5787对雏鸡的致病性,本试验采用解剖学、组织学、电镜技术和血清学方法对28日龄雏鸡人工感染 IBDV-MA5787(内蒙株)后不同时期的病理学变化进行了观察,试验结果表明,IBDV 攻击的靶器官是法氏囊,首先引起法氏囊急性炎性水肿,而后发展为坏死性炎和网状内皮细胞增生。另外也引起睥、盲肠扁桃体、胸腺、肝、肾和心脏等器官组织细胞变性和坏死。该病毒主要损害体液免疫。内蒙毒株毒力较强。
In order to revcal the pathogenicity of IBDV—MA5787 tochickens,which were artificially inoculated with IB- DV—MA5787 at the abe of 4 weeks,the methods of anatomy,histology,electron microscopy and serological test were used for investisating the pathological chanses.The results showed: The bursa of Fabricius was the target or- gan which was infected by IBDV.First the acute inflammtionary edema of bursa of Fabricius wad causod,then it changed to necrotic inflammation and proliferation of the reticulocndothelial cells.In addition,the pathological changes of thymus,spleen,cecal tonsil,liver,kidney ad heart were degeneration and necrosis.IBDV—MA5787 mainly damased humoral immunity.The toxicity of IBDV—MA5787 was very powerful.
