摘要
从生产运营的实践性出发,对经营模拟手段在生产运营计划教学中的应用进行了剖析.认为生产运营计划的实践性可以通过连续、动态的经营模拟,在以生产战略为龙头的纵向计划体系和以生产计划为核心的横向职能协调过程中得到充分体现,并提出教师在运用经营模拟手段中应该扮演好"导演、导游、导师"三重角色.
In the view of practicing teaching, the application of simulation in the operation plan teaching has been discussed in this paper both on the vertical plan system depending on operation tactic and the horizontal cooperation among the functions in an enterprise depending on the main schedule. The role of teacher are director, conductor and mentor in the process of the student′s simulation.
