摘要
目的 探讨低增益高反射B超扫描检查方法在眼球壁异物诊断和定位中的应用价值。方法 将B超图像冻结后 ,渐降低增益到球壁回声极弱甚至消失 ,据异物的光点与球壁的关系来确定异物位置。结果 用此法检查眼球壁异物 2 1例 ,与手术结果完全吻合。
Objective To evaluate the effect of low-plus and high-refl ection ultrasonic B technique in the diagnosis of ocular wall foreign bodies.Methods After the image was frozen,decreased the plus until the echo of ocular wall was very low or disappeared,then the relationship between f oreign doby and ocular wall was decided.Results 21 ocular wall foreign bodies diagnosed by this techniq ue were validated by surgery.Conclusion Low-plus and high-reflection ultrasonic B scan is an effective method in diagnosing ocular wall foreign bodies.
