摘要
设计并合成了6个3-羟基-4(1H)-吡啶酮类化合物,其化学结构由红外光谱和元素分析证实。紫外-可见吸收光谱显示6个化合物均对铁有较强的螯合能力。
α-Hydroxypyridones have the high affinity specifically for iron and plutonium but not for copper and calcium at physiologicalpH.For further study of the hydroxypyridones and screening ideal plutonium decorporating agents,we have designed and synthesized six 3-hydroxy-4(1H)-pyridinone chelating agents,five of which haven′t been reported,and their structures have been determined by elemental analysis and IR.The UV-VIS absorption spectra of the ligands and their iron complexes have been measured respectively.The results indicate that all of the ligands can coordinate with iron at physiological PH.
