摘要
针对传统薄板换热器已不能对新开发的低酒精度低糖黄酒的有效灭菌,对薄板换热器进行改进,改进薄板换热器的进出口管理,增加一个2m3的中间保温贮罐,将灭菌时间从7~10s延长到18~20min,增加杀菌有效范围;将传统杀菌方式的独立预热、保温和冷却3个区域改为预热和冷却区合二为一,有效节约预热蒸汽和冷却水。(孙悟)
The traditional splint heat exchanger could not effectively perform sterilization for the newly-developed yellow rice wine of low alcoholicity and low sugar content.In order to settle this problem,we had made some innovation to the exchanger by improving the inlet and outlet management of the exchanger and adding a medium heat preservation pot of2m 3 and prolonging the sterilization time from7~10s to18~20min which expanded the effective sterilization range.Besides,traditional sterilization mode included three different processing procedures including independent preheat,heat preservation and cooling,we had combined preheat and cooling as one processing procedure which could greatly save preheat steam and cooling water.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
