摘要
为具有8台机械加工设备的某一车间实现自动化,选定了主机和工业可编程序控制器。设计了一种“集中管理,分散控制”的分布式控制网络,并编制了该系统的通讯监控程序。实用表明,该网络结构合理,可靠方便,但为提高数据传输速度,所用主机和传输方式有待改进。
To realize production automation of some workshop with 8 machines, selects the suitable computer and industrial programmable controllers. Designs a scattered control network based on the principle ' concentrative monitor and separate control' and programs communication supervisor of the system. Practice shows the network is resonalbe, reliable and convenient, but the main computer and transmission scheme should be replaced to get higher data transmission velocity.
