全面建设小康社会的目标就是要使全国人民在经济、政治、文化、生态等多方面达到小康水平。当前 ,应该重点解决农村扶贫、城市下岗失业、社会群体收入悬殊、地区差距过大等问题。只有这样 ,才能实现共同富裕的宏伟蓝图.
