摘要
基于目前实验室建设中高级技术人才严重缺乏的现状,论述了设备维修等工作在实验室建设中的重要作用,呼吁高校应转变用人观念,重视实验室各类技术人才的培养。
Based on the critical situation that laboratory is badly in need of better scientific talents, the essay calls for the universities to change their personnel administrative systems and emphasize on the importance of maintenance work in the process of laboratory construction and deliberately develop varions specialists for laboratory.
