Wellsnet油井监测系统是江苏华盛信息技术有限公司根据油田生产的实际需求,结合吐哈油田的生产实际,研制的新一代应用于石油开采行业的抽油井自动化监控系统,它集油井数据采油、生产、控制、监测、报警和管理、地面向地下延伸于一体;融合了多项高新技术。为了提高油井的日常管理水平,及时发现和掌握抽油机的工作状态和泵运行情况,及时采取相应措施,保证抽油机平稳高效运行,从而达到有效提高采油时率的目的,为了达到这个目的,鄯善油田在130口抽油井上安装了油井监控系统,使抽油井的管理迈向信息化时代。
Wellsnet well monitoring unit developed by Jiangsu Huasheng Information Coorperation Ltd, according to production requirements of Tuha oiffield is a new generation of automatic monitoring unit for rod pumping wells in petroleum industry. It collects digital recovery, production monitoring and control, and warning and management together, with several advanced techniques combined in it. This unit has been installed in 130 wells of Shanshan oilfield to improve routine management, know the situation of well pumping units and pumps in time, and adopt corresponding measures promptly to guarantee highly efficient and stable operation of well pumping units, so that production rate can be enhanced. This pushes the pumping well management here into informatized era.
