摘要
文章就社会情报需求与服务的关系,研究社会情报需求的意义、社会情报需求类型分析以及影响需求的若干因素等问题进行了系统的论述,并针对当前存在的供求矛盾,从服务策略方面提出了4项建议。
The paper gives Systematic description in terms of the relation between social information needs and service, the significance to study the needs of social information, the analysis of the kind of social information needs and some factors influencing needs etc, and raises 4 suggestions aiming at the contradiction between supply and demand, and the service strategy.
