摘要
目的 探讨成人大骨节病的相关问题以及切实可行的防治方法。方法 选择大骨节病历史重病村(尚志市光辉村 ) ,对 4 0岁以上的成人进行 X线拍片检查 ,按骨关节炎记分标准判别病情严重程度 ,从病史、生活、劳动、服药等方面进行流行病学调查。结果 病区村 4 0岁以上人口为 5 75人 ,2 0 9人拍 X线片 ,检出大骨节病病人 2 0 7人 ,检出率为 99.0 4 % ,估计总检出率为 30 %～ 5 0 % ;病人因体力劳动负荷过重和治疗用药不当所致病情变化明显 ,后果严重 ;几乎全部病人缺乏有关大骨节病的卫生常识。结论 大骨节病历史病区的成人大骨节病患病率很高 ,亟待社会关注 ;必须加强卫生防治知识宣传、教育 ,指导用药 ,制止继续使用激素类药物 ,规划成人大骨节病病人的生活和劳动模式。
Objective To explore the related problems of the adults' Kaschin Beck disease(KBD) and some applicable prevention and cure means.Methods Historical severe sick spot was selected to do some epidemiology investigation concerning about some aspects such as life, history, labor and medicine.Adult whose age was above 40 was tested with X ray and the serious degree was measured by means of the OA examination method.Results There were 575 people in the Guanghui spot and 207 KBD patients had been diagnosed in the 209 be examined,so the morbidity was 99.04 %.The patients' condition was getting worse and worse with the high level labor quantity and wrong medicine being used. Almost all the patients did not know the knowledge of KBD.Conclusions The morbidity rate of adults' KBD was very high in the historical area of KBD.This phenomenon should be concerned by the society.We have the responsibility to tell the people what is KBD,how to prevent KBD,what is the right methods to take medicine and help the people to program their lives and the labor model.
