摘要
素质教育的全面实施,对教师素质提出了更新、更高的要求,教师继续教育也将顺势向纵深发展。依据我国新颁发的有关政策法规和继续教育理论研究的新成果,针对基层教师继续教育实施过程中普遍存在的一些问题,重点提出了目前教师继续教育实践中亟待创新的三个维度,以期在提高教师实施素质教育的能力和水平上,更好地发挥教师继续教育的独特优势。
With the quality education carried out on an all-round scale, newer and higher requirements for teachers' qualityare put forward, and more attention has been paid to teachers' continuing education. In accordance with the newly-pub-lished policies and laws as well as the latest achievements in the continuing education theory, and in view of some generalproblems among basic-level teachers, three dimensions of teachers' present continuing education are raised with a view togive full play to teachers in raising their ability and level in the process of quality education.
