摘要
目的 应用新型抗抑郁药 (SSRIs)———百忧解 (氟西汀 )治疗心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁症状的患者 ,观察其疗效。方法 应用心理测试量表 ,对有心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁症状的 48例患者进行测试 ,在临床相应的心血管病治疗 2周的基础上 ,加用百忧解 2 0mg ,每日 1次治疗。结果 经测试 ,48例患者都有明显的焦虑抑郁症状 ,心理测试量表评分较高 ,给予百忧解口服治疗 ,能显著改善心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁患者的症状 (P <0 .0 1) ,尤以第 4、6周最为明显。
Objective\ To study the effect of anti-depression treatment on patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods\ Using psychology test scale,the patients tested suffering from anxiety depression with cardiovascular disease,treated with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)——fluoxetine. Results\ All the patients had high scores in the psychological test. They had obvious clinical manifestation of anxiety depression. After administration of SSRIs (fluoxetine tablet 20 mg/day), anxiety depression improved significantly (P<0.01), especially in the 4th and the 6th week. Conclusion\ There was significant improvement with fluoxetine treatment in patients with cardiovascular disease.
