摘要
从风险角度研究知识管理问题.首先,分析和总结了影响知识管理成败的因素,指出知识管理是一个与组织目标、文化、技术、知识资产、组织结构、评估与激励和财务等风险要素相关联的管理活动;然后利用区间数方法来评估知识管理风险;最后就如何防范和控制知识管理风险提出全面的策略框架.
A research on knowledge management(KM) from the viewpoint of risk management is developed in this paper. Firstly, several kinds of factors affecting KM projects are analyzed and summarized. These factors are organization goals, culture, technology, knowledge asset, organization structure, incentive mechanism, finance, etc. Then an appraising model to measure risk of KM projects, based on deviation degree, is established. An actual example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. Finally, some tactics are given to control risk during the process of KM projects.
