从朔州市水管单位现状出发,就如何贯彻落实国务院办公厅转发的《水利工程管理体制改革实施意见》提出朔州市水管单位改革的具体意见。
In the light of the present situation of the water management units of Shonzhou City,this paper gives the concrete opinions on the system reform of these water management units.
