摘要
国内信息化工程出现“成本与产出不成比例 ,产出与高科技含量不成比例”的原因 ,主要是对库数据信息缺乏有效的系统性开发。而开发不力的原因是由于对增值模式把握不透 ,执行不力。库数据信息的增值模式可分为直接 (硬 )与间接 (软 )两类。对库数据信息增值模式的研究与应用 ,不但有利于建库单位加强管理、降低成本、提高效益 ,还将促使建库单位内部的管理进行变革和外部的环境得以优化。而数据信息的高层次互动将给整个社会带来美好前景。
The phenomenon of disproportion about “cost and output” and “output lacking high-tech content” appearing in China is mainly caused by the development of less effective system in library data information and the reason for ineffective development is that we have not mastered the increment model thoroughly and have not carried it out effectively. The library data information of increment patterns may be classified into direct ones and indirect ones. The research and application of the increment model of library data information will not only help us strengthen management,down-cost and enhance efficiency,but also encourage the inner change of management and supervise the out-surrounding of a unit. The promotion of data net and higher inter function will surely bring a promising future to the whole society.
