本研究通过3个试验,探讨了影响妊娠绒山羊产绒性能的营养因素。结果表明:改善能量供应显著提高绒山羊日增重和绒、毛生长,降低山羊被毛净绒含量,对大多数山羊绒理化性状无显著影响,提高羔羊的初生重、总体毛囊密度、次级毛囊密度和S/P值;增加蛋白质供应(与能量协同作用)提高山羊日增重和羔羊初生特征,但尚不能确定它对山羊绒生长的影响;补加无机硫显著提高山羊绒中胱aa含量,降低山羊绒天门冬aa、谷aa含量和P/D值。
In three experiments, the nutritional factors affecting cashmere productivity in pregnant cashmere does were studied. Results suggested that improving energy supply could significantly increase daily weight gain, cashmere and hair growth of does; increase birth weight, total follicle density, secondary follicle density and S/P value of kids; decrease cashmere yield of fleece significantly; and had no effects on physi-chemical properties of cashmere. Increasing protein supply (interacting with energy) improved does'daily weight gain and kids'birth properties, but its effect on cashmere growth was uncertain.Inorganie sulfur supplementation increased cystine content in cashmere, decreased P/D value and the contents of glutamic acid and aspartic acid in cashmere.
