Clinical study of lower dose mifepristone and methyltestosterone on peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

摘要目的　研究小剂量米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素诱导更年期功血闭经的疗效。方法　应用米非司酮 10mg及甲基睾丸素5mg口服每日一次 ,连服 6个月 ,治疗更年期功血患者 4 8例 ,观察诱导闭经效果、内分泌变化、子宫内膜厚度及病理变化等。结果　服药期间所有患者均闭经 ,停药后 35例患者直接进入绝经期 ,10例月经稀发 ,3例恢复正常月经 ;性激素水平测定 ,FSH ,LH ,P均下降 ,E2 相当于卵泡早期水平 ;子宫内膜明显萎缩 ;贫血得到纠正。结论　使用小剂量米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素诱导更年期功血闭经效果显著。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of lower dose mifepristone and methyltestosterone on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. METHOD 48 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period were treated with 10mg mifepristone and 5mg methyltestosterone daily for 6 months,observing the effects of mifepristone and methyltestosterone on inducing amenorrhea, the changes of endocrine and the pathology of endometrium. RESULTS All the patients were amenorrhea during the period of taking medicine. 35 patients were menopause after treatment;10 patients had a rarely frequencing of menorrhea; 3 patients recover their normal menorrhea.The levels of FSH,LH,P were all decreased.The endometrium were atrophied.The anemia was improved.CONCLUSION Using lower dose of mifepristone and methyltestosterone is a safe and effective method for treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in prei menopausal period.
