摘要
本文从电子清纱器的清纱特性曲线入手,通过理论推导和曲线拟合,求出S、L、T三个通道清纱特性曲线的近似方程式,并用计算机检验近似方程式和实际译制器清纱特性曲线之间的最大相对误差。该曲线方程属于指数类型,在清纱工艺上能更好地满足偶发性纱疵波松分布的规律。
In light of a clearing characteristic curve of electronic yarn cleaner, three approximate equations are derived through a theoretical analysis and curve fittings for the cleaning characteristic curve of passage S, L and T. The maximum relative errors between these equations and real translator cleaning characteristic curves are tested by a computer. These equations are exponental types and could meet more efficiently the regularities of accidental yarn faults poisson's distribution.
