摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展 ,企业的运行环境发生了巨大变化 ,原有的企业管理理论显得越来越陈旧 ,无法适应实际企业管理的要求。为此 ,人们正在尝试方方面面的努力 ,已经取得了许多可喜的成果。例如 ,如果我们把企业看作复杂适应系统去研究 ,以新的视角透视老的企业管理问题 ,就会得出许多以前无法得到的、有益的研究结论 。
The world has become too unpredictable.The traditional organization - extremelysuccessful in the past - now looks terribly rigid, unresponsive and brittle. If you want to change all of this, you must treat Enterprise as complexity adaptive system, starting new the kind of enterprise management studying.
