摘要
北京市收托学前特殊儿童的教育机构共有 12所 ,均为上世纪 80年代以来兴办的。近年的实践创出了有益的经验 ,如强调一对一个别教育训练、重视对家长培训 ,以及“残健合一”的教育尝试。但目前仍存在着对特殊教育认识不到位 ,师资培训欠缺和由于体制问题而导致的效益不高、资源无法整合等问题。作者结合对学前特教发展前景的分析 。
There are 12 early childhood education agencies for special children in Beijing, exclusively established in the 1980's. Their practices in recent yea rs produced some beneficial experiences, such as “one to one” individual educa ti onal training, attaching importance to parent's training and the attempt of “d i sability-normal intergration” education. But there are still some problems now i n early childhood education for special children, such as mistaken cognizance of special education, lack of teacher training, low-effectiveness and resource-dis traction because of system problems. The author analyses the prospect of early c hildhood education for special children, and prompts corresponding reformation c ountermeasure.
