摘要
利用高效液相色谱法对间苯二甲酸二甲酯 - 5 -磺酸钠 (SIPM)合成工艺中的中和反应进行了研究。确定在 2 5℃下 ,中和最佳 p H=5 ,通过中和废液 SIPM及 Na2 SO4 含量测定进行了确证 ,产品收率达 83%。
The process of neutralization of SIPM was studied by HPLC.It was found that the optimized pH value is 5.0 at 25℃.The result was confirmed by the analysis of SIPM and Na 2SO 4 in the neutralized waste liquid.The total yield by this process is 83%.
