摘要 针对半导体生产线调度问题的特性,引入了多智能体系统概念,建立了半导体生产线调度问题的多智能体模型。通过动态求解半导体调度的多智能体效用模型,能够很好地解决半导体生产线生产过程中出现的各种突发事件,达到优化调度的目的,通过仿真,说明了该方法的有效性。 Considering the characters of scheduling problem in semi-conductor production line, the multi-agent model for scheduling problem in semi-conductor production line is puts forward. By solving the multi-agent validity model dynamically, all kinds of the emergent events during the production of semi-conductor can be resolved to improve the scheduling utility. The method is proved to be effective in improving the usage of device and shortening the production time by simulation of semi-conductor production.
