摘要
在风机故障诊断方法中 ,人们对几种常见故障的振动特征众说纷纭。通过多年对大型风机振动状态进行的现场定期监测和故障诊断经验 ,归纳了几种常见故障的识别和处理方法 ,并通过现场实例加以验证 ,从而提出了大型风机振动状态监测和简易诊断工作中的一些具体实施步骤。
The opinions vary on vibration characteristic of a few common faults in the method of blower fault diagnosis.The ditinguishing and treatment methods of a few common faults have been summed up by the author through practical experience for many years and examples verification,the particular operation steps are put forword at the work of vibration state monitoring and simply diagnosis of large blower.
