摘要
牛海绵状脑病(BovineSpongiformEncephalopathyBSE)主要发生在以英国为中心的许多国家和地区,不但造成巨大的经济损失,而且危害人类健康,曾一度引起全球性惊慌,因而举世关注。各种诊断方法竞相出现,该病特殊的病原决定了各种方法都有其缺陷。本文就病原特殊性,临床症状、病理剖检和病理组织学检查、免疫化学及免疫生化等各种诊断方法的研究作一综述,旨在为相关研究提供一些理论指导。
Bovine spongiform encephalopathy appeared many European contries centered on England.It not only caused great economic damages,but also did harms to human health and once brought confusions all over the word.Various diagnosid methods have been tried,but its special pathogeneties decided its advantages and disadvantages of each method.In this paper,pathogenety speciality,clinical symtomes,pathology changes and pathology histochemical examines,immunechemistry and immune biochemistry etc were viewed to provide some ideas for relevant studies.
