摘要
中国加入WTO确实给中国社会的各个领域带来诸多的机遇,但同时也提出了新的挑战。为此,中国成人教育应当继续完善终身教育的理念,并形成成人教育的服务观、法制观、全球观和个性化观念;调整成人教育培养目标;优化课程结构,调整课程内容;革除陈旧的办学观念,形成科学合理的管理模式。
China's access to WTO has indeed offered opportunities and challenges for many aspects in China. Hence we should further reform our adult education so as to develop new and multi - dimensional concepts of the life-long education, service, globalization, and diversity. In addition, we should also adjust our training objectives of adult education, optimize the curricula, rid of the out - dated customs, and advocate the new models of education.
