摘要
消噪是图像处理中的重要问题之一。正交小波的正交性保证了白噪声干扰图像的小波系数所包含的噪声是白色的。新近的研究表明视频图像的小波系数趋于Laplacian分布,用Bayesian估计对图像小波系数滤波可以达到消噪的目的。本文研究了Bayesian估计与线性估计两种消噪方法,实验表明Bayesian估计有较好的消噪性能。
Denoising is one of the key problems of image processing.Recent research suggests that wavelet coefficients for natural images tend to have a Laplacian distribution function.If wavelet transform used is orthogonal,noises in wavelet coefficients of those images corrupted by additive white Gaussian noises are also Gaussian and white.Image denoising can be realized by filtering the coefficients based on Bayesian estimator.This paper compares the linear estimator and Bayesian estimator in noise reduction.Simulation results show that the latter has better performance.
