人力资源是社会人力、物力、财力三大资源中最具活力的 ,对经济影响最大的资源 ,人力资源状况与国民经济的发展关系十分密切。研究我国人力资源的基本状况和我国人力资源状况的途径 。
Of the labour resource, material resource and financial resource the labour resource is the most active one, and has the great influence on economy as well. The state of labour recoure has completely relation to the development of economy. The article analyses the elemantary situation of labour resource in our country and puts forward the methods of promoting it.
