摘要
目的 了解甘肃省汉族学生现实营养状况 ,寻求相应的干预措施。方法 根据甘肃省 2 0 0 0年学生身高和体重指标 ,用身高标准体重评价法对 2 0 0 0年甘肃省汉族学生不同性别、不同学龄及城乡之间的营养状况进行比较和分析。结果 2 0 0 0年甘肃省汉族学生的营养现况为营养不良率 3 4 85 %和肥胖率 3 1 6 %,均高出全国水平 (3 2 5 %和 0 5 6 %) ,肥胖率呈逐年上升势头 ;营养不良率为女生高于男生 (u =7 5 5 ,P <0 0 1 ) ,肥胖率则男生高于女生 (u =5 1 6 ,P <0 0 1 ) ;中学生营养状况差于小学生和大学生 ;营养不良率 (城市 3 5 71 %,农村 3 3 92 %)和肥胖率 (城市 5 0 2 %,农村 1 1 6 %)均为城市高于农村。结论 甘肃省汉族城乡学生营养不良及肥胖须引起有关各方的高度重视 ,对学生实施合理营养教育和干预措施刻不容缓。
Objective To know the present nutrient status of the Han nationality students in Gansu province and to find relative inhibitory measures. Methods By the guideline of the students stature and weight in 2000, the method using stature criterion to va1ue weight was adopted to compare and analyze the nutrient status of male and female, city and countryside, different ages. Results Malnutrition rate of the Han nationality students in Gansu was 34.85%, obese rate was 3.16% in 2000, both of which are higher than national average level(32.5% and 0.56%), moreover, obese rate is increasing every year;malnutrition rate of male students is higher than that of female students(u=5.16, P<0.01);nutrient status of high school is poorer than that of pupils and university students;malnutrition rate (city 35.71%?country 33.92%)and obese rate (city 5.02%?country 1.16%) in city are higher than those of in countryside.Conclusions We should attach great importence to the malnutrition and corpulent problem of the Han nationality students in city and countryside of Gansu, which indicates it is essentia1 and pressing to implement sound nutrition education and inhibitory steps.
