摘要
目的利用肝癌患者单个核细胞代替癌细胞进行化疗药物敏感性测定 ,指导个体化治疗。方法取肝癌标本的同时抽取其外周血 ,利用噻唑蓝 (MTT)法 ,体外检测 2 6例患者癌细胞和淋巴细胞对 8种化疗药物的敏感性。结果肝癌患者癌细胞抑制率与单个核细胞抑制率间呈正相关 (r =0 .712 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论肝癌患者单个核细胞化疗药敏检测对临床选择化疗药物具有重要参考价值。
Objective To study the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic agents by use of mononuclear cells instead of cancer cells of patients with hepatocarcinomatous cell to instruct the individual therapy. Methods Liver cancer sample was taken and at the same time the peripheral blood lymphocyte was taken. The chemosensitivity of lymphocyte and cancer cells in 26 liver cancer patients to 8 chemotherapeutic agents were detected in vivo by means of MTT. Results The inhibitory effects of liver cancer cells were positively correlated with that of mononuclear cells(r=0.712, P<0.01). Conclusion The detection of chemosensitivity of mononuclear cells in liver cancer patients exerts important referential value to choosing of chemotherapeutic drugs.
