本文着重介绍我国特有的食用油——茶油的组成、理化特性,以及古今中外报道的食疗功效。作为我国最古老的食用植物油之一,是唯一一种能与橄榄油相媲美的高营养油脂,是一种不可多得的保健型油脂,精炼后的茶籽油品位更佳。
