摘要
研究用CO2 激光器对切割地毯刀的刃口进行激光相变硬化处理 ,选择最佳工艺参数 ,达到刃口最佳的金相组织 ,硬度及淬火深度等技术条件。
Discusses the research on Laser transformation hardening of the cutter,which are used to cut carpet,by means of CO 2 Laser.The optimal Laser heat treatment parameters are selected to achieve the best technology conditions such as microstructure,hardness value,and quenching depth of the cutter blade.
