摘要
目的 研究雌激素不同给药方法对去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜的安全性。 方法 选用雌性大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为 5组 :对照组、去卵巢组、已烯雌酚每天服药组、每 3d服药组及加黄体酮组。第13周对各组大鼠子宫内膜进行组织学观察及形态计量测定。 结果 去卵巢组子宫内膜萎缩、变薄 ,腺体稀少而直 ;每天组宫腔扩大 ,腺上皮细胞明显增大水肿 ;每 3d组及加黄体酮组均呈早期增生期改变。子宫内膜腺上皮细胞高度每天组 (16 2 3± 2 34) μm、每 3d组 (11 85± 0 78) μm、加黄体酮组 (12 4 0± 0 2 1) μm ,均高于去卵巢组 (7 74± 1 11) μm ,各组之间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 去卵巢组大鼠子宫内膜腺上皮细胞高度对雌激素较敏感 ,雌激素可改善子宫内膜萎缩状态 ,每 3d给药和加黄体酮联合给药对子宫内膜增生影响较小。
Objective To study the safety of adult castrated rat endometrium by different estrogen dosage methods. Methods Fifty SD female rats were randomly divided into sham castration group, castration group, daily diethylstilbestrol group, every three day diethylstilbestrol group and diethylstilbestrol plus progesterone group. The pathological changes of endometrium were observed and variance of endometrium was measured in morphometry at the 13th week after operation. Results The endometrium of castration group was thin and atrophied and the gland decreased in number and became straight in shape. The uterus cavity of daily diethylstilbestrol group was enlarged with gland epithelial cells dilated and edematous. The early proliferative endometrium was observed in both every three day diethylstilbestrol group and diethylstilbestrol plus progesterone group. The height of endometrium gland epithelial cells was (16.23±2.34) μm in everyday group, (11.85±0.78) μm in every three day diethylstilbestrol group and (12.40±0.21) μm in diethylstilbestrol plus progesterone group respectively, showing significant difference compared with that of the castration group (7.74±1.11) μm,P<0.05). Conclusions The height of gland epithelial cells in endometrium of castrated female rats is a sensitive index for evaluating the effect of estrogen. Estrogen alters the atrophy status of castrated rat endometriun. Every three day diethylstilbestrol and diethylstilbestrol plus progesterone affect less on endometrium proliferation.
