摘要
二氧化钒是一种热致变色材料,能够在70℃附近发生可逆半导体—金属相变,基于此特性,二氧化钒有广泛的用途。文章综述了国内外各种二氧化钒粉末制备工艺的主要技术,并在此基础上,指出了二氧化钒粉末制备工艺研究的发展趋势。
Vanadium dioxide is a kind of thermochromic materials and can undergo reversible thermal-induced semiconductor-metal transition,so it can be used in many fields. Many kinds of preparation methods of vanadium dioxide powder were summarized,and the tendency of the technique for preparing vanadium dioxide powder was pointed out.
