邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯生物降解性研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了从污水处理厂的活性污泥和塑料厂排污口土壤中分离到的两株邻苯二甲酸二 (2 -乙基己基 )酯(DEHP)降解菌CQ0 110Y和CQ0 110G对DEHP的适宜降解条件以及其降解特性 .结果表明 ,CQ0 110Y和CQ0 110G的适宜 pH范围分别为 6 .0~ 8.0和 6 .0~ 7.5 ;适宜温度范围分别为 2 0~ 35℃和 2 5~ 35℃ .当DEHP初始浓度小于135 0mg/L时 ,它们对DEHP的降解反应符合一级动力学特征 ,DEHP半减期分别为 :t1/ 2 (CQ0 110Y) =1.5 9d ,t1/ 2 (CQ0 110G)=2 .0 0d,两株菌对DEHP均具有高效降解能力 .图 2表 2参 The degradative characteristics of Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP) were studied by strains CQ0110Y and CQ0110G isolated from activated sludge in sewage treatment factory and soil in a plastics plant sewage outlet. The results showed that the optimum pH of the 2 strains for degrading DEHP were 6.0~8.0 and 6.0~7.5, and the temperatures were 20~35 ℃ and 25~35 ℃, respectively. The biodegradation of DEHP by the 2 strains can be described by first-order reaction models when the initial concentrations of DEHP were lower than 1 350 mg/L, with the primary biodegradation half-lives of DEHP: CQ0110Y, 1.59 days; and CQ0110YG, 2.00 days. This results showed that both the 2 strains had high capability of biodegradating DEHP. Fig 2, Tab 2, Ref 7
