先天性髋关节脱位复位后水平后脱位6例分析

摘要 目的 :分析先天性髋关节脱位手法复位不满意原因及水平后脱位的发生和预防。方法 :对 2 97例小儿先天性髋关节脱位行手法复位蛙氏位、人体位 (humanposition)石膏固定后观察。结果 :此方法治疗过程中出现水平后脱位6例 6髋 ,对治疗影响较大。结论 :手法整复蛙氏位或人体位固定是治疗小儿先髋的一种可靠有效的方法 ,但并发水平后脱位使患儿丧失了最佳治疗时机 。
