摘要
结合砖混结构加层改造的实际 ,叙述了加层的可行性 ,加层的技术路线 ,从地基的加固、基础的改造等方面阐述了加层的前期施工工艺。
Based upon practices in construction for enlargement in floor number of masonry building the feasibility and technical route of adding new floor are discussed. The early construction technology is elaborated from foundation stabilization, modification and other aspects. Reconstructed building realizes the design requirements in external and internal.
