苏联战前兵器工业所取得的成就,是斯大林时代国家对其源源不绝地倾注人力、财力、物力和科研力量的结晶。斯大林的个人因素对苏联兵器工业的发展产生了巨大的影响,在他强有力的领导和指导下,苏联战前的兵器工业为其赢得二战的胜利奠定了坚实的基础。
Achievemnets in Soviet munitions industry before Wrold War II was credited to the steady input of material , financial, technical and human resource under Joseph Stalin' s leadership. Stalin' s personality exerted a tremendous influence to the development of Soviet munitions industry. Attributed to Stalin' s firm leadership, Soviet munitions industry laid a solid foundation for victory in World War II.
