超临界流体干燥法制备纳米TiO_2 被引量:7

摘要 以廉价的无机盐为原料,采用液相化学法结合超临界流体干燥法制备纳米TiO2,并采用TEM、XRD等手段对其物性进行表征,考察水溶胶pH、表面活性剂、陈化时间、钛盐浓度、氨水浓度对纳米TiO2粒径、形貌、收率的影响。同时还发现超临界流体干燥法可实现干燥、晶化一步完成。与普通干燥法相比,超临界流体干燥法制备的TiO2纳米粒子具有粒径分布均匀、粒径大小可控、纯度高、热稳定性好等优点。 Titanium dioxide nanoparticles possess many special characteristics. It was prepared by liquid phase chemical method and subsequent supercritical fluid drying (SCFD),using cheap inorganic salts as raw materials.Dependence of particle size upon pH of solution,Ti4+ concentration,NH3·H2O concentration,surfactant and SCFD conditions were investigated.Optimal reaction conditions were:Ti4+ concentration 0.3 mol/L,pH 7~8,NH3·H2O concentration 3 mol/L,0.5 ml surfactant AE0-3,and ageing time 16 h.Yield of TiO2 particle reached 90%.Particle sizes were 3~8 nm.The particles were characterized in terms of XRD,TEM techniques.By SCFD,drying and crystallization could be accomplished in one single step.
