EM和酸化剂配合添加对肉仔鸡消化酶活性和血液生化指标及钙磷代谢的影响 被引量:31

摘要 以EM和酸化剂为试验因子,按2×2交叉分组设计,设置4个试验组和1个空白对照组,每组3个重复。将375只健康、体重一致的7日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡雏,随机分配到5个处理中,每个重复25只鸡。基础日粮不添加任何抗生素,以观测EM和酸化剂配合添加对肉仔鸡消化酶活性、血液生化指标及钙磷代谢的影响。结果发现,配合添加EM和酸化剂使肉仔鸡肠内容物总蛋白酶、脂肪酶和总淀粉酶活性增强;血清尿素氮水平下降,氨基酸氮含量和谷丙转氨酶活性提高;总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量降低,游离脂肪酸含量和碱性磷酸酶活性增加;血糖含量有升高的趋势。同时,血钙、血磷水平提高,胫骨钙磷含量增加。 According to2×2cross grouping method,four treatment groups and one negative control group were involved in this experiment,which to observe the effects of cooperation of effective microoganisms (EM)and acidifier in diets without antibiotic on intestinal digestive enzyme activities,blood biochemical indes and calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Each treatment contained three repeats,each repeat was composed of twenty five broilers.The results showed that the cooperation of EM and acidifier in diets made the activities of duodenal gross proteinase,gross amylase and lipase enhanced,serum urea nitrogen content decreased while amino acid nitrogen and glutamatepyruvate transaminase activity increased.The lower concentration of serum triglyceride and gross cholesterine were observed while the concentration of free fat acid and alkalic phosphatase and blood glucose increased.At the same time,the content calcium and phosphorus of blood and tibia had been obviously improved.
