摘要
阐述了铸件凝固过程数值模拟后处理的一些设计思想和实现方法。根据有限差分网格的特点,提出简便的"表层网格单元可见面提取"算法进行消陷以显示三维实体及其温度场,提高了显示速度。提出了一套基于有限差分网格的任意剖面求取及其温度场显示方法。实践证明,提出的算法可以快速地完成大量网格数据的显示和处理。
The design ideas and some realization methods in the post processing of the numerical results of the solidification simulation are presented in this paper.Based on the FDM meshes,the convenient algorithm used to show the 3-D entity and temperature field of the castings is advanced,withch may increase the display speed.At the same time,in this paper it is introduced how to the section on random position of casting and 3-D temperaure field on the section.In practice,the proposed post processing method could handle data with a mass of elements.
