摘要
传统的都市策略,皆企图移转都市发展往新的方向。其实,应该回到每个城市需求的目的,以生态环境为出发点,创造宜人的生活环境。因此,了解环境规划观与生态思考的演变,探讨目前对生态理念的误区,并分析都市生态环境面临之冲击,包括野生动植物栖息地破碎现象及边际效应影响,都市与自然地的空间结构矛盾形态,实属必要。应依循正确的规划原则,建立以环境为导向的都市景观规划与管理方式,以都市绿地系统及开敞空间创造出环境敏感度高的都市环境,并倡导民众参与环保工作,以形成可持续发展的都市。
Traditional urban strategies are all intended to transfer urban development to-ward new direction.In fact,it should be back to the purpose of each city ' s de-mand that ecological environment is a be-ginning for creating pleasant surroundings.From the evolution of environmental plan-ning and ecological thinking,hence,the author analyze urban ecological settings impact.These include the influence of wildlife habitat fragmentation and edge ef-fect,and the environmental symbiosis pat-tern within the complex structure of urban and natural lands.So we need to set up proper methods of environment-oriented urban landscape planning,with green sys-tem and open space creating environmen-tally sensitive urban settings,and involving the public participation.All are helpful to make a sustainedly developmental city.
