摘要
通过对兰州石化公司分子筛高低碱反应罐的腐蚀进行检测分析 ,发现高低碱罐失效主要是由于碱在高温、高浓度作用下的沿晶型应力腐蚀开裂造成的。更新材质并采用外加电流阴极保护措施后 ,效果良好。
The testing and analysis of the corrosion of high-temperature caustic tank in the molecular sieve Preparation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company found that the corrosion failure of the caustic tank was mainly attributed to the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) developed under the high temperature and high concentration of the caustic. The selection of the new material and addition of the applied current cathodic protection proved to be effective measures.
