摘要
《法律基础》教材存在的问题 ,主要是缺乏思想性 ,未能体现基础课程的性质 ,内容滞后 ,时代感不强。须扩充编写主体 ,突出教材重点 ,补充相关专业法律法规教育内容 。
This essay mainly gives analysis of some problems existing in the textbook of the course “Foundation of Law”,which chiefly concerns lacking in ideological content,fails to reflect the characteristics of basic courses of law,requires the enlargement of compiler stuff,stresses key points of the textbook,supplements relevant contents,perfects the quality of textbook by way of competition and so on.
