摘要
入世后经济全球化对我国的劳动问题的影响势必进一步加大,我国应采取积极的态度,适应国际核 心劳工公约的要求和劳动者合法权益的需要,加强劳工标准立法和实施力度,完善我国的劳动法制。
With the tendency of economic globalization as well as her WTOmembership, China Will see great influence in her national labor force. The present paper suggests that China take an active manner in regulating and implementing the national labor standards as well as the relevant labor legal system so as to meet the requirements of the international labor treaty and protect the labor rights of the workers.
