摘要
市民社会是指独立于国家之外的具有相对独立的领域 ,黑格尔第一次从理论上界定了市民社会概念 ,马克思第一次正确揭示了市民社会与国家的关系。随着中国社会主义市场经济的发展 ,用“市民社会”理论分析中国社会有积极意义。中国的市民社会与国家之间应该是良性互动关系。中国的法治必然建立在国家与市民社会的二元良性互动关系基础上 ,并为中国政治。
The civil society means an relatively independent field independent of state. For the first time Hegel defined the concept of civil society from the theoretical aspect. It was Marx who first revealed correctly the relation between civil society and state. At present with the development of the socialist market economy in China, it is significant to analyze Chinese society by absorbing the concept of civil society. The relation between Chinese civil society and state should be favorable and mutually beneficial, on which Chinese rule by law will build inevitably. Thus the result is necessary guarantee of the development of politics, economy and society [WT5HZ]
